Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Beijing, thanks to its central location and spacious rooms. The executive lounge was a highlight, offering a quiet space to relax and work. However, I faced some significant issues at checkout with unexplained minibar charges, which left a sour note on my experience.
My stay at the Hilton Beijing was a fantastic experience, marked by really good service and well-appointed rooms. I really appreciated the blend of Asian and Western breakfast options and found the hotel facilities to be great, particularly the gym and swimming pool. However, I encountered minor service issues like room temperature controls that didn’t seem effective. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent and would happily stay again.
My stay at Hilton Beijing lasted for five nights, and while I found the rooms spacious and beautifully appointed, the hotel's overall condition felt old and in need of refurbishment. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but I faced some language barriers and slow service at the front desk. The location was convenient for airport access but not ideal for sightseeing, making it a trade-off for me.
My stay at Hilton Beijing was mostly enjoyable with a few downsides. The lounge access and breakfast were nice perks, though the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the air conditioning left something to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at Hilton Beijing. The location, while not central, was good for my needs, and the room I stayed in was spacious and nicely appointed. However, the service, particularly at checkout, left a lot to be desired, which significantly affected my overall impression.
